Construction Begins on The Palmer in Fort Worth’s River District

Real estate developer Fort Capital broke ground on The Palmer, a boutique apartment complex in Fort Worth’s River District. The 46-unit development is scheduled for completion in early 2019, and will offer studios, as well as one and two-bedroom units.

The project at 117 Priddy Lane will offer technology from Internet of Things as a Service, or IOTAS, a Portland, OR-based developer of smart-home platforms for the rental market. Technology at The Palmer will include full outlet and lighting controls, home entry alerts, customized lighting, voice control and motion sensors.

Other amenities offered will be a rooftop lounge, laundry and dry-cleaning services, a coffee bar with co-working areas, bike storage, a package concierge, private garages and gated covered parking.

The Connect Apartments conference will take place June 26. For more information, or to register, log on here.
