Construction Begins on Trammell S. Crow Living and Learning Center
Paul Quinn College in South Dallas began construction on the Trammell S. Crow Living and Learning Center, a 40,000-square-foot, 180-bed residential and study center on its campus located on Simpson Stuart Road. The development will be PQC’s first in 40 years.
The LEED-certified living and learning center will offer 30,000 square feet of residential space, along with 10,000 square feet of classroom and office space. The building will also include a dance studio and gym. More than $7 million in donations and pledges was raised to fund the center’s development.
RBA Architects is the project designer. Crimson Building Co. and Burchfield & Partners are the general contractors.
