Construction Begins on Residences at CityLine

CityLine and Centre Living Homes began construction on Residences at CityLine, 32 single-family homes that will be available at the 186-acre, mixed-use, transit-oriented-development CityLine in Richardson, TX. The neighborhood will be at Foxboro and CityLine Drives. The first model home will open in fall 2017.
“The Residences at CityLine will be the perfect option for those looking for single family housing,” said Walt Mountford, with CityLine developer KDC.
The homes are being designed around solar orientation, and will include semi-private side courtyards and south- or west-facing walls to provide natural lighting and higher energy efficiencies. All floor plans offer a rooftop deck option. Available floor plans include a 2,676-square-foot, three-bedroom layout starting at $549,900 and a 3,227-square-foot, four-bedroom design, starting at $655,000.
