CC 2.5 Associates LLC of Greenwood, CO, began construction on the Synergy Medical Office Building, a 102,000-square-foot medical office building in Englewood, CO. The project, set to deliver by Q3 2020, is on the Swedish Medical Center campus in a designated Opportunity Zone.

The development at 500 E. Hampden Ave. will offer 90,000 square feet of office space, 14,240 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an on-site parking garage with 325 spaces. Phil Hicks, of David, Hicks and Lampert Brokerage, is handling retail leases at the site; CBRE’s Dann Burke is leasing the office space.

The space has already landed some medical tenants, including an ambulatory surgery center, neurologists, orthopedic surgeons and plastic surgeons. CBRE’s Burke told the Denver Business Journal that space at Swedish Medical Center has been limited, in the past.
