Intracorp Homes and Pacific Urban Investors are parterning-up for the development of Zinnia Apartments, a four-building, four-story, 206,000-square-foot complex in Shoreline, WA. Additional financing for the project was was secured from PCCP, LLC.

Slated to open in 2024, Zinnia is located at the intersection of 1st Avenue NE and NE 147th Street and is within walking distance of the future 148th Street Light Rail Station. In addition, 20% of the new homes will be set aside for income-restricted housing. The apartments will feature lush landscaping, a fitness center and a club room with kitchen, dining and seating areas.

“As the region becomes more interconnected, we are excited to deliver an extraordinary apartment community that will appeal to Shoreline’s current and future residents,” said Intracorp Homes’ Matt Robins in a news release. “Zinnia will offer all the perks of modern apartment homes in a location that has quick connectivity and access to outstanding schools, parks and natural areas.”
