Construction Begins on 70K-SF Creative Office Campus in Irvine

Irvine Ranch Water District has broken ground on a 69,968-square-foot creative office community in Irvine, CA. Dubbed The Source H²O, the two-story, state-of-the-art office campus sits on 13.5 acres adjacent to the Irvine Ranch Water District headquarters. With an address of 15550 Sand Canyon Ave., the project is located in the heart of Irvine Spectrum.

Designed by Ware Malcomb, The Source H²O features a two-story atrium over-standard parking. It will feature eight points of ingress/egress and a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors with a unique bi-fold glass wall system. Amenities will include a fitness area, sport court, game terrace, and a rooftop deck.

Kevin Turner and John Gallivan from Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office, in collaboration with Michael Hartel of Colliers International, are the exclusive leasing agents for The Source H²O.

“The Source H²O checks all the boxes for today’s creative office users, notably the connectivity between the indoor and outdoor amenities,” Turner said.

KPRS Construction Services Inc. is building the campus, which is slated for completion in Q4 2019.
