Construction Begins on 440K-SF HPE Campus

Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate and CDC Houston officially began construction on Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) new campus in Spring, TX. The 440,000-square-foot, two building development will be situated in the mixed-use, 60-acre CityPlace at Springwoods Village, with completion slated for spring, 2022.

The HPE Houston campus will hold core research and development, along with customer service, sales operations, supply chain, finance, human resources and marketing. Amenities will include a fitness center, café, kitchen and pharmacy, laboratory and office space, and a central courtyard. The courtyard will feature a basketball pavilion, fitness/yoga lawn games and a greenspace lawn.

Pickard Chilton is the design architect; Kirksey the executive architect; REES is the interior architect and D.E. Harvey Builders the general contractor. Springwoods Village is a 2,000-acre, master-planned community on Interstate 45, between Springwoods Village Parkway and the Grand Parkway, north of Houston.
