Construction Begins on 215K-MXU Stack of Deep Ellum
Westdale Real Estate and Management, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Hines officially broke ground on The Stack, a 16-story, mixed-use building in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood. The project, at 2700 Commerce, will offer office and retail space. The architect is 5G Studio Collaborative.
Upon completion by spring 2021, The Stack will have amenities that include electric vehicles charging stations, a 10th-floor terrace, fitness center, bicycle storage, coffee/cocktail lounge and concierge package delivery.
“Tenants today are increasingly demanding standout environments that allow them to deliver a differentiated workplace experience, as they seek to become the employer of choice,” said Ivanhoe Cambridge’s Jonathan Pearce. “The Stack answers that call.” Added Hines’ Ben Brewer: “Its cutting-edge design will offer a first-class office experience allowing our tenants to recruit and retain top talent.”
