Construction Begins on Near Southside Mercantile

PRIM Construction began work on the Near Southside Mercantile, a 28,000-square-foot, mixed-use development on Eighth Avenue and Oleander Street in Fort Worth. The development’s end result will include retail space, along with restaurants and creative work space.

Transwestern is handling leasing at the two-building development at 1217 and 1225 Eighth Ave. Approximately 10,000 square feet of office space will be available for lease.  Huitt-Zollars Inc. is the project architect. Funky Town Development LLC is spearheading the effort.
