Construction Begins on McKinney Fulfillment Center

Dalfen America Corp. kicked off construction on McKinney Fulfillment Center at 1581 Corporate Dr. in McKinney, TX. The 115,176-square-foot speculative industrial building is slated for delivery in November 2018. The development is in the same area as two other buildings Dalfen owns and operates: McKinney Central Business Park I and II.

The rear-load facility was designed by Macgregor Associates Architects, and offers 32-foot clear height, up to 155 parking spaces, 26 dock doors and two drive-in doors. Tenants could include consumer goods distributors, e-commerce companies and light manufacturers. Tenants in existing Dalfen buildings include Popular Ink, PDS, The Dallas Morning News and Bimbo Bakeries.
