Construction Begins on Bissonnet Medical Plaza

Jacob White Construction of Friendswood, TX, broke ground on Bissonnet Medical Plaza, a three-story, Class A medical office facility in Bellaire, TX. Once complete, the speculative project will offer more than 52,000 square feet of medical office space. Tim Gregory and Mallory Douthit with JLL are handling leasing activities for the $9.8 million project.

Situated at 4460 Bissonnet St. on the Houston metro’s southwest side, the facility is scheduled for completion by Q4 2020. Amenities will include an energy efficient office design with plenty of natural light, as well as a covered patient drop-off area, surface-level and garage parking and lush landscaping. Other features will include gurney-sized elevators, a state-of-the-art building management system, and high indoor-air quality with CO2 monitoring and air filtration.
