Construction Begins on 120-Room Bevy Hotel Boerne

Developers Phoenix Hospitality Group and Partlow Properties & Investments LLC broke ground on a new luxury hotel, The Bevy Hotel Boerne, a DoubleTree Inn by Hilton. The $25-million, 120-room boutique hotel is going north at 101 Herff in Boerne, TX, and is the first time the two companies partnered on a project.

Ross Partlow and Tim Lange with Partlow Properties own the 20-acre plot of land on which the hotel is being built. The project is expected to be completed by Q1 2019. Boerne is approximately 40 miles northwest of downtown San Antonio.

“A bevy is a collection of similar things. In the case of our hotel, this ‘Bevy’ embodies a cornucopia of all things Texas Hill Country: incredible diverse food; artisan beverages; authentic regional finishes; vibrant wild flowers; unique Texas music; and Texas hospitality,” Partlow said.
