Constellation Opens Atlanta Office, Hires Two CRE Veterans

Industrial investor and developer Constellation Real Estate Partners has opened an office in Atlanta, announcing it is continuing its commitment to expand into strategic growth and port markets. In addition, the firm has hired industrial real estate veterans Chris Brown and Sandra Reeves as Partner and VP of Development Management, respectively, and will be based in the new office.

“Demand for modern, well-located logistics real estate in the Southeast has never been higher,” said Constellation Managing Partner Jeremy Giles. “Chris and Sandra bring the experience, relationships and reputations that are absolutely critical to our expansion in the Southeast.”

As Partner at Constellation, Brown will be responsible for the firm’s growth in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. In Reeves’ new role as Vice President of Development Management, she will be responsible for overseeing and growing the firm’s development pipeline. Both CRE veterans join Constellation Real Estate Partners from Duke Realty.
