Consolo Team to Lease Retail at Landmark St. Marks Townhouse

The Worldwide Leasing Team of Faith Hope Consolo at Douglas Elliman has gotten the exclusive agency to lease the retail at the landmarked Hamilton-Holly House located at 4 St. Marks Pl. in the East Village. It’s among the few surviving townhouses of the Federal period, once home to Alexander Hamilton Jr. and in the 1960s serving a performance art venue that hosted Yoko Ono, among others.

“Situated in a historic part of the East Village, this auspicious location lends itself to the area’s walkability and allure,” Consolo said. “Home to artists, musicians, students, culinary supremacy and nightlife, this storied landmark represents the eclectic, nostalgic authenticity of the nabe, and is a perfect fit for a restaurant, gallery or boutique looking to be a part of a creative, stylish neighborhood.”

The retail space includes 18 feet of frontage on St. Marks Place, and offers 2,500 square feet on the parlor level.
