Consolidated Electrical Expands Footprint in Boise

Cushman & Wakefield has represented landlord B&W Boise, LLC in an industrial lease renewal and expansion in Boise, ID. Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) has increased its occupancy nearly fourfold to 40,600 square feet at the building located at 11510 W. Executive Drive.

“This was a meaningful lease for Boise’s industrial market and was among the key lease transactions in the region per Cushman & Wakefield’s latest market report. CED’s lease transaction also accounted for nearly 10% of Boise’s overall direct leasing activity in Q4,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s River Curtis who brokered the lease along with the firm’s Peter O’Brien.

According to Cushman & Wakefield’s Q4 Boise Industrial Market report, vacancy at the end of 2022 was 2.9% and fourth quarter absorption was a positive 325,000 square feet. That brought the year’s annual total in Boise to nearly 1.5 million square feet of occupancy growth.
