Consigli to Acquire Lendlease’s NY/NJ Construction Business 

Consigli Building Group, Inc. and Lendlease have announced an agreement in which Consigli will acquire Lendlease’s New York and New Jersey construction operations. This includes employees and approximately 45 projects in various stages.  

Lendlease, based in Sydney, Australia, has been a construction services provider in the New York area since 1979, with expertise in healthcare, life sciences, residential, and mixed-use projects. Lendlease’s NYC projects including the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Central Park Tower, Columbia University, Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Expansion and the American Museum of Natural History.
