Consigli, Reger Dasco Top Out 196K-SF MXU Project in Maine

Consigli Construction and project partner Reger Dasco Properties have topped out the first phase of Hobson’s Landing, a new 196,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the Old Port neighborhood of Portland.

The project began in November of 2018 and is located at the former site of the Rufus Deering Lumber Yard. The development will include a mix of residential and retail space. Amenities at the project will include concierge services, private decks, a fitness center, community garden and private parking garage.

“We are proud of our role in the redevelopment of Portland’s historic neighborhoods, and eager to join Reger Dasco Properties to celebrate this important milestone of the Hobson’s Landing project, the newest enriching development in the Old Port,” said Tom Weeks, project executive at Consigli. “We want to thank the City of Portland for continuing to work with us and look forward to being involved in more projects that will enhance the future of this city.”
