Conrad Hotel to Open in Nashville’s $540M Broadwest Mixed-Use Development

Propst Development, Chartwell Hospitality and Hilton (NYSE: HLT) have announced the signing of Conrad Nashville, a 14-story, 237-room hotel slated to open in 2021. The Conrad Hotels & Resorts-branded hotel will anchor one of the two towers at Broadwest, a new $540 million urban mixed-use development, which will include office space, upscale retail and condominiums.

Conrad Nashville will be co-owned by Huntsville, Alabama-based Propst and Franklin, Tennessee-based Chartwell, which will operate the hotel.

The Cooper Carry-designed hotel will anchor a 34-story tower that is also slated to include 196 condominium units. Adjacent to the hotel and condo tower, a 21-story tower will include 510,000 square feet of office space. The two towers will be connected by an additional 125,000 square feet of retail and office space as well as a nearly two-acre plaza.

The Conrad portfolio currently includes eight properties in the Americas and 27 more around the world.
