Conor Leases Up Spec Industrial in North O’Hare Submarket

Conor Commercial Real Estate has leased the 151,000-square-foot Executive Commerce Center in Prospect Heights, IL, to two tenants. Syncreon, a third-party logistics provider for Samsung, leased half of the building for warehouse and distribution space, and Plitek, a manufacturer of precision die cut components and converted materials, leased the remaining half.

“New Class A industrial product with proximity to Palatine Road and the Tri-State Expressway in the north O’Hare submarket is supply constrained,” said Brian Quigley, EVP at Conor. “In addition to logistical advantages, the project provides our tenants with a custom buildout and a host of nearby amenities including hotels, restaurants and Executive Airport.”

Completed in 2020, the development features a 32′ clear height, 52′ x 56′ column spacing, 7″ concrete floors, 35 truck docks, two drive-in doors and a 60′ speed bay.

Conor was represented in both leases by Mike Sedjo and Ben Dickey of CBRE.
