Conor Delivers Industrial Build in Central DuPage

Conor Commercial Real Estate and Kensington Realty Advisors have opened the doors to North Avenue Commerce Center, a 265,550-square-foot industrial facility in the village of Winfield, IL, within DuPage County. The facility, now available for sale or lease, represents the largest commercial development in the village’s history.

“Securing the North Avenue Commerce Center development is another big win for the industrial market here in DuPage County,” said Ray Kinney, chairman of the Choose DuPage Marketing Committee.

“The demand for industrial facilities of this scale and quality in the Central DuPage submarket by far outpaces supply, and so we built on spec, anticipating the robust customer interest we have seen since breaking ground last fall,” said Conor EVP Brian Quigley.

McShane Construction Company served as general contractor, and Ware Malcomb provided the architectural services for North Avenue Commerce Center. NAI Hiffman’s David Haigh, John Cash and Dylan Lee are handling leasing.
