Conor Completes, Then Leases, Spec Warehouse in Bartlett

Conor Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the completion of Brewster Creek Commerce Center, a 436,500-square-foot speculative industrial development in Bartlett, IL. The firm leased the full building to Colony Display, a Chicago-based designer, manufacturer and installer of highly customized consumer environments.

“Brewster Creek Commerce Center is a very strong regional distribution location with abundant local labor available making it the perfect location for an expanding company like Colony Display,” said Brian Quigley, EVP at Conor. “As the largest cross-dock speculative building constructed in the Western O’Hare submarket in 2021, the Brewster Creek project is ideal for users requiring a large-scale distribution facility with proximity to transportation and access to a high-quality labor market.”

Brad Simousek, Ryan Kehoe and Mike Plumb of Lee & Associates represented Conor in the lease transaction. Colony Display was represented by Luke Molloy, Jack Brennan and Mike Sedjo of CBRE.
