Conor Commercial Brings in Sr. Development Manager

Ben Harris has joined Conor Commercial, the development arm of McShane, as senior development manager. He will be responsible for expanding the firm’s activities in build-to suits, tenant lease opportunities and land acquisitions.

Harris comes to Conor with over 10 years’ industry experience. He has worked as a tenant advisor for CBRE in the Sacramento and Chicago markets, where he generated new business and worked to reduce clients’ real estate costs by leveraging market information.

Most recently, he worked for Verizon as a real estate manager in the Chicago market, achieving over $2 million in rent savings through 90 completed lease renewal transactions.

“I was attracted to Conor Commercial for several important reasons,” said Harris. “It truly came down to being with a company that approaches each deal intelligently, ethically and with the utmost integrity, and Conor Commercial is that company.”
