Conor Breaks Ground on Prospect Heights Spec

Conor Commercial Real Estate has broken ground on Executive Commerce Center, a 150,000-square-foot speculative facility in Prospect Heights, IL. The facility offers convenient access to O’Hare International Airport, Interstate highways and the adjacent Chicago Executive Airport for private aviation.

“Industrial land with proximity to multiple highway transportation routes in the north O’Hare submarket is increasingly difficult to find, so we are pleased that we are able to bring this Class A facility to the Chicago market,” said Conor EVP Brian Quigley.

The building is divisible to 40,000 feet, and will feature a 32-foot clear height, 52-foot by 56-foot column spacing and 7-inch unreinforced concrete floors. The site also offers tenants a Class 6B tax incentive.

Completion of Executive Commerce Center is slated for Q4 2019. A Paine Wetzel team of Denis Chaimovitz and Sean Sloan will handle leasing.
