Conn’s Begins Work on Central Green Distribution Center

Conn’s Inc. has begun construction on its Central Green Distribution Center, a 656,658-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in north Houston, not far from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The facility will be situated on 36 acres at 1401 Rankin Rd., near the Hardy Toll Road. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2019.

Once complete, Central Green Distribution Center will serve as the furniture and appliance company’s warehouse, distribution center, office, clearance and customer pickup center. The facility is also geared to support 20 to 45 retail stores. Conn’s, headquartered in The Woodlands, TX, is collaborating with Liberty Property Trust and NKF on the project. Hands Brindley with Liberty Property Trust handled leasing activities.
