372-Unit Highland Park West Lemmon Goes for $66M

The Connor Group of Miamisburg, OH upped its Dallas-area footprint by paying $66 million to Greystar for Highland Park West Lemmon. The buyer also owns The Allura and Marabella at Las Colinas properties in the DFW area.

The 372-unit Highland Park West Lemmon, at 3600 Wheeler St., is less than five miles from downtown Dallas. On-site amenities at the luxury apartment complex include two resort-style pools with a tanning ledge, a business center and a 24-hour fitness center. The property has one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 503 to 1,749 square feet. Monthly rents range from $1,299 to $3,199.

Seller Greystar acquired the 10-year-old complex in 2013 as part of a $460 million, multi-city acquisition from Inland American Communities.
