Connor Group Acquires Apartments in Indy’s Broad Ripple District

CBRE’s Steve LaMotte, Jr. and Dane Wilson arranged the sale of The Coil, a 151-unit multifamily property in Indianapolis. The Connor Group purchased the property from Promus Realty Properties for an undisclosed amount.

“We are very excited for Connor Group and their acquisition of such a high-profile asset within Indianapolis,” said Wilson. “The property is the only one of its kind that is located on both the Central Canal and Central Canal Trail. This location is highly sought after and offers several restaurant, entertainment and outdoor recreation options.”

Built in 2017, The Coil is located at 6349 N. College Ave., #105, within the Broad Ripple Village entertainment district. The property offers a mix of studio-, one- and two-bedroom floorplans and features gated structured parking, bike storage, a 24/7 fitness center, a pet spa, smart home technology, an outdoor courtyard and direct interior access to Fresh Thyme Market.
