CONNOLLY Delivers $70M Brookhaven Rental, Retail Project
CONNOLLY delivered Parkside on Dresden, a $70 million mixed-use community in Brookhaven’s Dresden Drive Corridor. CONNOLLY broke ground in 2022.
Located on a four-acre site Parkside on Dresden includes Solis Dresden Village, a 176-unit luxury residential community including seven townhomes developed by Terwilliger Pappas. A six-level parking deck serves residents, visitors and retail customers. All 28,000 square feet of ground-level retail is 100% leased. One 3,751-square foot freestanding restaurant building with a 1,000-square foot rooftop patio that overlooks Woodley Plaza is available for lease. The Brookhaven Oglethorpe MARTA station is nearby.
Studios through four-bedroom units at Solis Dresden Village range from $1,900 – $6,690. Unit sizes range from 509 to 3,315 square feet.
