On Thursday, October 6th, Connect Media held our first Pop Up event at 515. S. Figueroa St in DTLA with over 250 people in attendance. We took over the 15,000 square feet of available space on the ground floor of John Hancock’s high rise, with the In N Out food truck by our side. A very special thank you goes out to John Hancock and his team for opening their doors to let us celebrate in their expansive space.

The Connect team has a lot to be grateful for since launching on December 31, 2014. To show our appreciation for our 10,000+ daily readers, 1,500+ attendees (so far) at our conferences across California, and to our myriad of sponsors, we took a spin on Taco Tuesdays with a casual burger-filled lunch, energetic DJ, and prizes like iWatches and Clippers tickets.

The atmosphere was electric- nothing spells and smells happiness quite like seeing people enjoy the West Coast’s most beloved burgers while in good company.
