Connecting With: Latitude Real Estate Investors’ Sonnenberg

Sonnenberg shared some insights from the conference, especially the concern over compressing cap rates in Los Angeles. Many people are seeking real estate investment as corporate bonds’ returns remain low and the stock market continues to be volatile, yet he believes, “there are warning signs and there are opportunities.”
