Connecticut MF Portfolio Trades for $5M

Northeast Private Client Group has brokered the $5.2 million sale of a two-property multifamily portfolio in Danbury and Branford, CONN.

The two properties total 39 units and consist of Willow Park Apartments, a 21-unit complex in Danbury and Cedar Street Apartments, a 19-unit property in Branford.

Bradley Balletto, Jeff Wright, Rich Edwards, Robert Paterno and John Lockhart of Northeast Private Client Group represented both the undisclosed buyer and seller in the transaction.
