BPM & Co. Inc. added the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Los Alamos Entrada Park to its expanding portfolio. The Connecticut buyer paid seller Los Alamos Lodging LLC $8.8 million for the 86-key property at 60 Entrada Dr. in Los Alamos, NM.

Jon Grantham and James Meng of Colliers International brokered the transaction between buyer and seller. “The property has been performing well, and we were happy to assist in the transaction, at a price that was desirable for both buyer and seller,” Grantham said.

The hotel opened in 2009. Amenities at the three-story property include a business center, fitness center, indoor pool and available storage space.
