Connecticut-Based Owner-Operator Nabs Wilton Apartments

A CBRE team led by Jeffrey Dunne, Eric Apfel, Stuart MacKenzie and Travis Langer closed the sale of White Oaks at Wilton, a 100-unit apartment community located in the Fairfield County community of Wilton, CT. CBRE represented the seller, LaSalle Investment Management, and procured the buyer, CT Realty Trust, a Connecticut-based multifamily owner, operator and developer.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Built in 2011, the property benefits from its proximity to one of the state’s top public-school systems and key employment centers in Stamford, Norwalk and Danbury.

“White Oaks at Wilton is a standout investment in a thriving community,” said Apfel, a first VP with CBRE. “The combination of its strategic location, attractive assumable debt and the potential for value-add renovations makes it a compelling opportunity for investors looking to capitalize on the growing demand for high-quality multifamily housing in this affluent market.”
