Connect South Florida to Highlight Trends, Growth and Opportunities

The story of South Florida CRE is much more than tourists and palm trees. Fueled by a competitive workforce, financial stability and a steady stream of foreign investment, this dynamic region has demonstrated consistent growth heading into 2020.

Andrew Hellinger

From inside details on several of Miami’s billion dollar mega projects, to predictions from CRE leaders on 2020 and beyond, hear it all at Connect South Florida Feb. 26.

Confirmed speakers to date include Andrew Hellinger of Urban-x Group, Anthony Graziano of IRR and Marc Suarez of Hunt Real Estate Capital. Panel topics will include a discussion of 2020 Trends and Forecasts with some of the industry’s most active professionals, as well as a can’t-miss conversation on what it takes to finance deals in today’s competitive market. Also, from the $4 billion American Dream Miami mall to Miami Worldcenter and the Magic City Innovation District, how will a new wave of mega projects change the region’s CRE landscape?

Marc Suarez

As is customary for Connect events, the afternoon will conclude with a cocktail and networking reception.

Over the next eight weeks, we’ll present Q&A discussions with featured speakers along with updates on the event. Visit the Connect South Florida registration page for the latest info on the event, as well as speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
