Connect Orange County 2025: Highlights and Insights (VIDEO)

The standing-room-only audience at Connect Orange County 2025 benefited from the insights and market knowledge of some of the industry leaders in Southern California commercial real estate. The afternoon-long conference encompassed a high-level discussion of the state of the industry, in-depth discussions of the industrial market and getting financing lined up, the fluctuating insurance market and how to attract and retain talent. They also saw an icon of industry finance in the spotlight.

In the video below, you can glean highlights from these conversations, presented in consecutive order. You’ll hear from Timothy Ballard, co-founder, president & CEO, Buchanan Street Partners; Taylor Lister, principal, Marsh McLennan Agency; Adam Candler, director, debt capital markets at BKM Capital Partners; Kent Elliott, principal, RETS Associates; Eddie Prosser, principal, head of credit and COO, Thorofare Capital; and Guy Johnson, principal emeritus at Johnson Capital Advisors and recipient of this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
