Connect Orange County brought together over 500 CRE professionals on July 28, 2016 at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, CA. With three dynamic panels and one immersive keynote presentation, the topics spanned everything from OC’s office market’s transition to creative, the region’s investment and development, and the millennials who are designing the future of the industry today.

For the keynote presentation, FivePoint’s Emile Haddad and City of Tustin’s John A. Buchanan led a discussion on their in-progress developments on former military bases, and the challenges that both the public and private sector face with bringing new projects to life.
