Connect Industrial Midwest Will Highlight Opportunities, Challenges

Steady growth in 2020 for industrial real estate appears to be the consensus. However, the story is more nuanced than the long-range forecast might suggest, and you’ll hear it at Connect Industrial Midwest, set for March 4 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, IL.

With confirmed speakers to date including Lynn Reich of Colliers International, Michael Brennan of Brennan Investment Group, Jim Martell of Logistics Property Company, Robert Smietana of HSA Commercial Real Estate and Mark Goode of Venture One Real Estate, the conference will explore the opportunities and challenges facing the Midwest markets.

Reich will present the keynote address, to be followed by panel discussions on industry trends, the emerging cold storage category, last-mile logistics and the finance behind the acquisitions and developments. As is customary for Connect events, the afternoon will conclude with a cocktail and networking reception.

Over the next eight weeks, we’ll present Q&A discussions with featured speakers along with updates on the event. Be sure to visit the Connect Industrial Midwest registration page for the latest.
