Connect CRE Introduces Distressed Assets Advisory Board
Putting the weight of knowledge and experience behind our newly expanded coverage of distressed real estate, Connect CRE has launched the Distressed Assets Advisory Board. These industry leaders will help keep Connect CRE at the forefront of commercial real estate news and information at a time when one of CRE’s most critical and complex topics is gaining more prominence.
Comprising our advisory board are Curt Spaugh, senior director, special servicing, SitusAMC; Steve Pumper, executive managing director, Transwestern; Mitchell Hunter, global chief commercial officer, Trimont; William Clarkson, head of distressed workouts, Torchlight Investors; Juan Cueto, head of real estate (REO) asset management, Rialto Capital Advisors; Steve Ferreira, director, real estate management, LNR Partners, LLC; Andrew Hundertmark, CEO, Argentic Services Company; and Jenna Unell, senior managing director—special servicing, Greystone.
