Connect Chicago Highlights CRE Opportunities and Market Changes

Chicago is continuing to draw investors, developers and large-scale office tenants amid a 10-year economic expansion cycle. It’s also a city on the verge of change, as a new mayor takes office on May 20 after eight years of a pro-expansion incumbent.

Six days before the new mayor’s swearing-in, come to the W Chicago City Center Hotel for insights into making the most of the abundant opportunities, while also addressing the market’s challenges. Connect Media’s Connect Conferences division will present the second annual Connect Chicago event on May 14.

On the agenda will be Chicago’s economic outlook, the mega-projects that are or soon will be re-shaping the city’s skyline, Opportunity Zone investments and the implications of continuing mergers, acquisitions and consolidation.

Following an awards ceremony recognizing Chicago’s Top Brokers and Women in Real Estate, be sure to stay for a networking cocktail reception. In the weeks prior to the event, you’ll be able to read one-on-one Q&As with the industry leaders who will be part of Connect Chicago.
