Connect Brings CRE Retail Experts Together November 9th in LA

Connect Media is set to host Connect Retail West 2022, a commercial real estate event dedicated to “all things retail” on November 9th at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. The gathering will discuss retail trends, strategies, investments, financing and more, answering questions about a challenging economic environment.

“With retail gaining some momentum coming out of the pandemic, we felt that it was the right time to bring some of the brightest minds in the retail industry together,” said Connect Media CEO Daniel Ceniceros. “Our line-up of speakers brings a vast amount of experience and intelligence that they will be sharing at this year’s event. The topics we put together will highlight some opportunities and guidance for 2023.”

Some of those speakers include Jace Bertges, Vice President, PGIM Real Estate; Jim Dillavou, Co-Founder, Principal, Paragon Commercial; Meghann Martindale, Head of Retail Research, Madison Marquette and Arturo Sneider, CEO, Primestor Development.

Panel Topics will range from 2023 Trends, to Neighborhood & Hispanic Focused Retail to Investing, Leasing & Transaction: Getting Deals Done Now. Attendees can expect lively conversations with retailers, a forum for networking and a few special surprises.
