Congratulations to 2019’s Top Broker Award Winners

Connect Media is pleased to announce the winners of our second annual Top Broker Awards. These awards recognize the industry’s most productive dealmakers. NKF’s Kevin Shannon topped the national winners rankings with $5.96 billion in deals.

Based on more than 500 nominations received, we recognized 52 leading commercial real estate brokers, or teams of brokers, in property sales and leasing. We ranked them based on 2018 total dollar volume, total deal square footage and total number of transactions.

We chose National winners, as well as leaders from each of the four areas covered by our regional newsletters: California, Texas, New York and Chicago.

At Thursday’s Connect Los Angeles event, we recognized several California and National Top Broker Award recipients, and we plan to recognize winners from other regions at upcoming Connect events. Keep visiting these pages for further details.

Once again, congratulations to Connect Media’s 2019 Top Broker Award winners.
