Conference USA has inked a deal for space at the Sound of Cypress Waters in Coppell, TX. The tenant will be relocating its headquarters from Las Colinas to the 250,000-square-foot building at 3100 Olympus Blvd. on North Lake in November 2018.

JLL’s Kimare Ankenbrand negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Mairjke Lantz and Lucy Burns with Billingsley Co. represented the landlord in-house.

The Dallas Morning News reported that new space was built to the conference’s specifications. “In the past three years, we’ve created a new department around multimedia,” the conference’s Tim McNamara told the DMN. “We built the new place to fit exactly who we are.”

The 14-member conference, which includes University of Texas at El Paso and  University of Texas at San Antonio, recently signed multimedia rights partnerships with CBS Sports Network, ESPN, Facebook and beIN Sports.
