Condyne Capital to Expand Logistics Center in Windsor  

Condyne Capital Partners, LLC is expanding the Baker Hollow Logistics Center in Windsor, Connecticut, with the construction of a high-bay industrial building spanning 185,600 square feet. The facility will boast 32-foot clear heights, 36 dock doors, and 1 drive-in door. Additionally, it will provide trailer parking spaces, including an out parcel for extra trailer spots. 

Designed to accommodate multiple tenants, the building features underground plumbing, separate metering, and demising walls. With a Ductilcrete slab, insulated tilt-up concrete walls, and Cambridge air systems, the project expected to be completed in Fall 2024, includes 12 EV charging stations and solar-ready roofing. 

New England-based Polar Design Build leads the construction. Maugel DeStefano Architects and Pierce Builders contribute to the project’s design and site construction, respectively.
