Avora, a new condominium development on the waterfront at Weehawken, NJ, has topped out at 11 stories. The 184 condos now under construction have been selling quickly, and will be finished in the first quarter 2018.

“Avora has enjoyed widespread appeal since we launched pre-construction sales,” notes Gabe Pasquale, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Landsea.

Strong pre-construction sales have led to the release of the building’s second phase of homes. A collection of one, two- and three-bedroom residences – as well as a limited offering of duplex Penthouses – is priced from the $800,000’s to more than $4 million. The building is rising next to the the Port Imperial Ferry Terminal, providing an eight-minute commute to Manhattan.
