Louis Homen, owner of Team West Realty Inc. in Amarillo, TX, is spearheading the $40 million-$50 million 9th Avenue Tower. The project in question calls for 199 condominium units ranging from one-bedroom homes to 5,000-square-foot penthouse suites. The complex would be situated north of Amarillo’s Medical Center Park.

Homen told the Amarillo Globe-News that the project is still in the planning and cost-determination phases, in an effort to let investors know the potential rate of return. He did say that the condos would range in cost from $200,000-$1 million.

Amenities would range from a five-story parking garage and a pool above the garage, to a fitness center, dog park and exercise trail. Homen indicated that the housing would be geared toward medical professionals, retirees and business interests.
