Condo Buildings Top-Out at at 436 and 442 E. 13th St.

The Amirian Group recently topped out THIRTEEN EAST + WEST, a development of two new luxury condominium buildings at 436 and 442 E. 13th St. in Manhattan’s East Village neighborhood.

The two, six-story buildings are covered with sleek metal panels and Accoya wood cladding. Together, they create a unique composition with the historic structures in between and around them.

“We see this development as another step toward the East Village neighborhood transformation, which we are so happy to be an integral part of,” said Murat Tabanlioğlu, founder of Tabanlioğlu Architects.

THIRTEEN EAST + WEST will include 12 sun-drenched, full-floor two-bedroom homes, each with 1,706 square feet of space, floor-to-ceiling windows, private storage, balconies and roof decks. Pricing starts at approximately $2.35 million, with penthouse residences starting at $3.6 million.
