Concourse Realty Markets $77M of Bronx Properties
Concourse Realty Partners has been hired to sell two Bronx development sites and two Bronx loft buildings in separate transactions totaling more than $77 million. They include the following:
- 780 E. 135th St., a 110,000-square-foot, elevatored commercial building in the South Bronx’s Port Morris neighborhood. The asking price is $24,000,000
- 301 Walton Ave., a fully occupied 27,425-square foot-loft building in Mott Haven. The asking price is $6,750,000.
- 1351 Jerome Ave. and 1342 Inwood Ave., a combined 41,071 square feet allowing for the development of up to 295,711 buildable square feet of residential space under the city’s Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Program. The asking price is $30,500,000
- 1320 Inwood Ave., a 21,544-square-foot lot offring the opportunity to build up to 155,117 square feet of residential space, also under the Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Program. The asking price is $16,250,000.
