Concourse Realty Lists Hunts Point Warehouses
Concourse Realty Partners has been hired to sell three adjoining warehouse buildings in Hunts Point: 1180 Randall Ave., 1194 Randall Ave., and 531 Tiffany St. The buildings combine for 51,250 square feet and 36,250 square feet will be delivered vacant. Current zoning offers 48,150 square feet of additional air rights.
The properties offer 700 feet of frontage on three of Hunts Point’s widest streets, Randall, Tiffany and Worthen. There is block-through access in the middle of the property and the buildings are equipped with heavy power.
Listing agent Bradley Evans said, “The Hunts Point submarket continues to attract some of the world’s largest organizations and this area has proven to be an industrial powerhouse. The Tiffany/Randall assemblage will attract owner/users and investors seeking a quality industrial location and asset.”
Evans and his Concourse Realty colleagues David Simone and Ed Gevinski are handling the sale. An asking price wasn’t disclosed.
