Concourse Chicago Lands Three New Tenants
NAI Hiffman’s Steve Chrastka and Jason Wurtz completed three leases totaling approximately 8,900 square feet at Berger Asset Management’s Concourse Chicago. Berger acquired the 12-building, 165,000-square-foot complex in 2018 and began a comprehensive, multi-million-dollar renovation and repositioning program.
Blue Water Shipping leased approximately 3,900 square feet at Concourse Chicago in a relocation from nearby Presidents Plaza. Green Office Partner leased 3,700 square feet, relocating from downtown, while Great Lakes Technology will occupy a 1,500-square-foot satellite office.
“We’re seeking to change an industry mindset, and fill a void for tenants,” said Jonathan Berger, founder, Berger Asset Management. “We are able to offer tenants in the market a 20-40% savings on their occupancy costs.”
Colliers’ Jake Spinell and Jon Connor represented Blue Water Shipping, Jameson Commercial’s Steve Goldstein represented Green Office Partner and Lee & Associates; John Cassidy represented Great Lakes Technology.
