Concourse Chicago Complex Launches Spec Suites

Berger Asset Management and NAI Hiffman’s Steve Chrastka and Jason Wurtz recently launched a spec suites and shared office program at the newly-renovated Concourse Chicago, the 12-building, 165,000-square-foot office complex in the O’Hare office market. Concourse Chicago is located at 8601-8623 Bryn Mawr Ave. and 8600-8622 Catalpa Ave. in Chicago.

The spec suite program includes the entire 13,634-square-foot building at 8609 West Bryn Mawr Ave., and features six suites ranging in size from 1,170 to 4,957 square feet. One suite, totaling 2,400 square feet, has already been leased to Loeb Equipment.

“The spec suites and shared office program truly underscores the incubator mindset we’ve adopted for Concourse Chicago,” said Berger Asset Management founder Jonathan Berger. “Within the complex, and especially through the suites program, we currently have the ability to move new tenants in quickly, while accommodating the expansion needs of our existing tenants.”
