Concord Joins Chorus of Music-Biz Tenants at 250 W. 57th

Concord Music Group Inc. signed a long-term lease for 46,329 square feet at Empire State Realty Trust’s 250 W. 57th St. The publishing and performance rights organization joins a number of other music-related tenants at the renovated office property near Columbus Circle.

“We are delighted to welcome Concord Music Group to 250 W. 57th,” said Thomas P. Durels, ESRT’s EVP, real estate. “250 W. 57th is a fully modernized office building with convenient in-building access to the Columbus Circle subway station and Turnstyle Underground Market – a full city block featuring 39 unique eateries and shops.”

CBRE’s Paul Haskin represented Concord Music Group in leasing negotiations. Landlord representation was provided by Keith Cody and Leslie Nadel of ESRT, along with Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Lowe, Harry F. Blair, Sean N. Kearns, Paige Engeldrum and Dan Organ.

Other music-business tenants at the property include ASCAP, RZO and Universal Music Group.
